She has the talent and experience to work with sellers and seller’s agents seamlessly, whether in vacant or occupied homes. And for homes that need to be fully staged complete with furniture and accents, the team at Danielle Hames Design has the pieces to make otherwise-empty houses shine.

Here's How It Works

01. Full-Service Consultations

Full-service consultations start at only $249. This covers up to two hours of work in the home. Danielle will perform a comprehensive walkthrough of the home with the homeowners and/or agent and make recommendations for what to change, edit, add, or remove. She provides expertise for how to best use what’s already in the home to help it sell fast.

Additional design implementation hours are available a la carte (starting at $149 per hour) where Danielle and her team will physically stage and decorate using existing pieces already in the home.

02. Lease Furnishings & Decor

For homes that are either vacant/empty or in need of outside pieces, we offer homeowners a full-service option to lease furnishings and decor pieces directly from us, either by the piece, by the room, or for the full home. Lease prices are available on request and include move-in, detailed placement, and move-out services performed by a professional crew at the direction of Danielle.

Full-service leasing for an entire home will usually yield top market results, but come with additional costs compared to consultations and/or hourly design implementation services.
